Highly recommend the Spenco Polysorb Total Support Insole to everyone. Save yourself money and extensive pain by placing a Total Support Insole in all your shoes before you develop foot problems. A friend recommended another brand, more expensive but also thicker, that I could only use in tennis shoes. The Polysorb Total Support Insole gives me full support and thin enough to work in more than just my tennis shoes. These insoles have saved me from the painful effects of plantar fascitis. My feet hurt so bad I could no longer exercise or get out of bed in the morning without excruciating pain. I now wear these insoles on the recommendation of my doctor. I felt relief within a few days of putting them in my shoes. I wear them in all of my shoes now and am back to running on a regular basis. I'm a runner and I usually cannot wear cross-training shoes because they do not provide enough motion control to prevent shin splints. However, with these insoles I can wear just about any type of shoe and I develop shin splints much less frequently (namely when I run farther than usual on hard concrete or rubber track surfaces). I did not mold them to my feet but the arch lock in my shoes has been up to the task of pulling them firmly into my foot. I would definitely recommend these to anyone with motion control problems. These are extremely comfortable insoles. I find they give a perfect amount of support without having that feeling that something hard is pushing up against the bottom of my foot. I tried them in my sneakers first and then my everyday shoes. They work so well, I put them in all my shoes. I can walk without any worry about sore feet. Terrific insoles. (Posted on 4/11/10)

I used the spenco cross trainers for the last few years and thought they were great. This time I decided to try the spenco total supports and boy am I glad I did. They give as much cushioning as the cross trainers and give arch support too. I am now a big fan of the total supports. If anyone is looking for cushioning and arch supports, I recommend giving the spenco total supports a try. (Posted on 2/16/10)

I was surprised I didnt feel more cushioning but I can say that after wearing them for a while, I did notice that my feet were more cushioned because I had no more tired feet at the end of the day. The arch support is great, the fit is ideal. I did not even have to trim them. I did follow the directions and heated them before putting them in my shoes but I really think they would mold to your feet without that hassle, not that it is a big hassle. Only takes about 2 minutes and is pretty easy to do. I tried several other styles and after wearing these for a couple of months, I rate these as the best of the bunch. (Posted on 2/13/10)
