These spenco foot beds are like a dream. No more foot pain, no more aches in my heels and balls of foot. I got one pair and came back for 2 more pairs. I am so happy that when I buy a new pair of shoes, the first thing I do is tear out the insole that comes with the new shoes and replace them with the spenco diabetic foot beds. They are kind of thick though, so I would not recommend them for really tight shoes but for everything else, they are the best. (Posted on 4/15/10)

These inserts are like walking on cushiony pillows. The only bad point is that they are rather thick inserts and you need some roomy shoes to fit these in. If you dont have alot of room in your shoes I would suggest getting a size up so there is room to fit these inserts. This is a great product after 6 months there still look new, If you feet hurt like mine did, I recommend using these foot beds. (Posted on 4/11/10)

I have neuropathy and my doctor recommended I try the spenco diabetic foot beds. With my feet hurting so bad, I immediately ordered some and much to my surprise, they give me a perfect combination of support and comfort and they are the only inserts I have tried that actually support my high arches and take the pressure off both my heels and the balls of my feet.
