Recommended by my podiatrist. Review by Fred
Price Value Quality My knees and hips started bothering me a couple of years ago. I finally broke down and went to a podiatrist. He said I had very high arches and specifically recommended that I either try this product or spend a few hundred on a custom molded orthotic. I tried this product and I could tell an immediate difference. Within hours my knees and hips felt better. I have no doubt that without this I would have been looking at knee replacements when I got older. In fact, my podiatrist even said that. (Posted on 4/30/10)

full length comfort in a 3/4 length support Review by Bartlett
Price Value Quality I decided to give the 3/4 a try and I am really glad I did. I like all the extra room they leave in the front of the shoe. And my biggest worry - that they would slide up and move around - is completely unfounded. They stay in place, give me the support I need and relieve the discomfort I used to have. And, I admit, I like the price better than paying for the full length. (Posted on 4/11/10)

Leaves plenty of room for the toes. Review by Larry
Price Value Quality I have used the spenco arch supports for many years and have always been happy with the results. But, before now, I always used the full length. In some shoes, my toes felt a bit cramped but I just thought either I had no arch support or get used to the toe crowding. When I ordered this last time I got the bright idea of trying the 3/4 length for those tight shoes and now everything is as perfect as it can be. I was afraid they would slide around but to my great surprise they stay in place. To be honest, I do not feel any difference between the full length and 3/4 length. They seem to be exactly the same. Usually, I have to look down at what shoes I am wearing to see what arch supports I am using. I strongly recommend these to anyone looking for great arch supports but has tight fitting shoes. Really a fine product. (Posted on 3/12/10)
