Thursday, March 5th, 2009Over-pronation may cause pain on the lateral (outer) side of the knee, lateral thigh, or lateral hip. This pain may be IT Band Syndrome. The degree of discomfort can range from a dull aching to a sharp stabbing pain, and it is usually not localized but covers a large area.
