How often should I replace my Insoles/Arch Supports?

Under normal use, a pair of high quality Insoles/Arch Supports should last the user a year. However, a firm answer cannot be given because many factors are involved. Such as the brand, the style, how often they are worn, the type of shoes they are used with, the activity the user does when wearing the Insoles/Arch Supports and several other factors.

Besides Plantar Fasciitis, what other types of foot problems are common?

Are the Insoles sold as a pair in one package?

Yes, ALL manufacturers package the pair (left and right) in one package.

Do I have to choose between a cushion style insole or an Arch Support Insole? Can’t I get some that have both benefits

While many styles of Insoles are designed specifically to serve as either a cushioning insole or an orthotic arch support, many manufacturers make a fine quality style that combines both cushioning and Arch Support in one.

I am a very active person, doesn’t that make it more likely that I will not suffer from any foot problems?

Unfortunately, the opposite is true. The more active a person is, the more likely that foot injuries can occur and cause discomfort.
